Acceptance of terms

By using SaveVideoss you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every page, tool and feature offered here.

What the service is

SaveVideoss is a browser-based interface for checking public video links and presenting the download options available for them. It is a convenience layer, not a content library: we do not host, store, index or distribute anyone's videos.

Availability is not guaranteed. Platforms change their delivery methods frequently, and a link that worked yesterday may not work today.

Permitted use

You may use SaveVideoss to save videos you created, videos you own the rights to, videos published under a licence that permits downloading, and videos you have the rights holder's explicit permission to keep.

Personal, offline viewing of a publicly posted video is generally the least contentious case. Re-publishing, re-uploading or monetising someone else's work is not, and it is your responsibility either way.

Prohibited use

You may not use SaveVideoss to access private accounts, closed groups, protected posts or any content behind a login wall or paywall, nor to circumvent digital rights management or other technical protection measures.

You may not use the service to infringe copyright, to harass anyone, to scrape at volume, to run automated attacks, or to do anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

Videos remain the property of their creators and rights holders. Downloading a file through any tool does not transfer any ownership or licence to you.

The SaveVideoss name, interface and written content on this site belong to us. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify those platforms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular link will be processable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveVideoss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the site.

You are solely responsible for how you use any file you obtain and for ensuring that your use complies with copyright law and the relevant platform's terms.

Third-party platforms

SaveVideoss is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X (Twitter), LinkedIn or their parent companies.

Your use of any platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
